Momo Crown · Your experience
Terms & Conditions
Thoughtful hospitality begins with clear expectations. These terms explain how our website and services work, what to know before ordering, and how to reach us when something needs attention.
Himalayan Soul. Asian Craft. Global Crown. Momo Crown is a chef-led food brand shaped by Himalayan warmth, food made in-house and care in the details. These terms support a clear, considered experience from your first visit to your next order.
01 About these terms
These terms concern the Momo Crown website at momocrown.com and the consumer services offered through it. “Momo Crown”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the relevant service. “You” means the visitor or customer using that service.
Read these terms before placing an order. Conditions specific to an outlet, booking, offer or ordering platform must be made available before you commit to that transaction. They apply alongside these terms, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
References to accounts, delivery, reservations and rewards apply only where those features are offered. Franchise and other business arrangements require separate agreements.
02 Website use & accounts
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate details where they are needed to respond to you or fulfil an order. You must have the legal capacity required for the transaction. If acting for someone else, you must have authority to do so.
- Keep account credentials confidential and tell us about suspected unauthorised access.
- Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or place fraudulent orders.
- Do not misuse promotions, impersonate another person or submit unlawful or abusive content.
Responsibility for unauthorised account activity will depend on the circumstances and applicable law; simply holding an account does not make you responsible for every misuse of it.
03 Our food & allergen information
Menus, availability and options may vary by outlet and ordering channel. Food photography illustrates presentation; individually prepared dishes may vary in appearance. This does not remove the requirement for an order to match its agreed description.
Allergies and dietary requirements. Ask the relevant outlet for current ingredient and allergen information before placing an order. Do not rely only on a photograph, a previous order or a general menu label. A vegetarian or vegan description does not, by itself, confirm that a dish is free from a particular allergen.
A special preparation request is agreed only when the relevant outlet confirms it. If an ingredient or preparation method matters to your decision, obtain confirmation before ordering.
Nothing in these terms reduces our responsibilities for food safety or accurate information required by applicable law.
04 Orders, prices & payments
Before submitting an order, check the selected items, quantities, collection or delivery details, total price and any applicable taxes, delivery fees or other charges.
Order acceptance. An order is accepted when the relevant seller expressly confirms acceptance through the ordering channel. An acknowledgement of receipt or a payment authorisation is not, by itself, acceptance unless it expressly says that the order has been accepted.
Use a payment method you are authorised to use. Available payment options and any payment-provider conditions are presented through the relevant checkout.
If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error is discovered, we will explain the issue and any available options. A material change to an accepted order or its price requires your agreement; if the order cannot be supplied, the applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.
05 Delivery & collection
Available locations, service areas and fulfilment options depend on the outlet and ordering channel. Provide an accurate delivery address and contact details, or attend the agreed collection location.
Preparation and delivery times are estimates unless a particular time is expressly agreed as a commitment. If a delay makes the order unsuitable for your needs, contact the seller or ordering service promptly. Describing a time as an estimate does not remove any remedy available under applicable law.
Any charge connected with a missed collection, failed delivery or changed instructions must be disclosed where required, lawful and proportionate to the circumstances. Follow any handling or storage instructions supplied with your food.
06 Changes, cancellations & refunds
For an order change or cancellation, contact the outlet or ordering service as soon as possible. Include the order reference and the change you need.
- Changing an order
- A change depends on whether preparation or fulfilment has begun and whether the requested change can be accommodated. A request is effective when confirmed by the seller.
- Cancelling
- Any applicable cancellation conditions or charges must have been disclosed before the order was placed and must comply with the law. Any statutory cooling-off right may have exceptions for perishable or freshly prepared food.
- An order problem
- If an item is missing, incorrect, unsafe or otherwise does not meet the agreed description, contact the seller promptly with the order details and a description of the issue. Prompt reporting helps an investigation and does not replace statutory time limits.
- A refund
- The appropriate remedy depends on the issue and applicable rights. Where a refund is due, its method and expected processing time will be explained. Store credit will not replace a monetary refund you are legally entitled to unless you agree.
Exceptions to change-of-mind cancellation do not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe, missing or misdescribed goods. Any legal deadline for providing a remedy takes precedence over an operational estimate.
07 Reservations, offers & rewards
Where reservations or event services are offered, check the confirmation for the date, time, party size and any disclosed deposit, cancellation or no-show conditions.
Promotions, vouchers and loyalty benefits may have offer-specific eligibility, validity, redemption and combination conditions. Relevant restrictions must be available before you acquire or use the benefit.
Purchased credit and promotional rewards are not necessarily the same product. Any expiry, refund or redemption restriction must be clearly disclosed and comply with applicable law. An offer does not remove your rights concerning the food or services supplied.
08 External ordering platforms
If you order through an independent platform, its terms may also govern its payment, delivery or support services. Check the seller and service-provider details shown with the order.
Use the platform’s support route for issues it manages, while retaining your rights against the party responsible under applicable law. Using a third-party platform does not automatically remove any responsibility Momo Crown has for its own food or services.
09 Our brand & website content
Momo Crown branding, original website content and other protected materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may access and use the website for lawful browsing, enquiries and transactions.
Do not copy or commercially exploit protected material, impersonate the brand or imply an endorsement without permission, except where the law permits the use. These terms do not restrict lawful criticism, reviews or other rights provided by law.
10 Website availability
Maintenance, technical faults or events outside reasonable control can affect website access. We may restrict an affected feature where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns or misuse.
Any restriction should be proportionate to the issue. It does not, by itself, cancel an accepted order or remove rights to a refund or other remedy. For an urgent existing-order issue, use the contact route in your order confirmation.
11 Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information involved when you interact with Momo Crown and the choices you may have.
Accepting these terms does not, by itself, provide consent to optional marketing or optional tracking technologies. Where consent is required, it must be addressed separately.
12 Your rights & our responsibility
Your mandatory rights remain protected. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including responsibility for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such responsibility cannot be excluded.
Responsibility for other loss is determined by applicable law and the circumstances. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of responsibility for the quality, safety or description of the food or services supplied.
The law and dispute-resolution options that legally apply to the transaction continue to apply. You may contact us to seek a practical resolution, and you retain any right to approach a competent court, consumer forum or regulator.
13 Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
For an accepted order, the version made available when that order was accepted continues to apply, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you. Later updates generally apply to future transactions.
A conversation, with care
